It is actually very simple! Like with every business and every person, we all have our own values and beliefs. As for me and who I am and how I operate my business, I have a few simple ways of life. Each day, we all must make choices and decisions. Before every decision I make regarding others, the first question I ask myself is, how is this going to impact others? The next question I ask is, if I were “others”, how would I feel about this decision? I have found that when you honestly do this, you make very good choices and decisions. So, when someone chooses to work with me, I always treat them the same way I hope to be treated. This means that since you hired me, you get someone who puts your needs and desires before anything else, just like I expect when I hire people. This also means that if you want to conduct business in person, on the phone, electronically or any in combination, that is how we will do it. I am extremely tech savvy, however phone conversations or in person meetings are equally preferred, it is up to you. If you want to work lightning fact or at a snail’s pace, it is also completely up to you. So, in addition to all my knowledge, experience and integrity that I will bring to every part of our interactions or in a transaction, it is very important to me to make this journey as enjoyable as possible.
